Not directly from this page — the videos stream from our hosting platform. But if your team is going to be offline (a remote location, an event, a training session), email support@greatpos.com and we'll send you the relevant MP4 files. Free for any active Great POS customer.
Most workflow videos use a Station Solo since the UI is the largest and easiest to see. Hardware-specific videos use the relevant device (Mini, Solo, Duo, or Kiosk). The Clover OS interface is identical across all four devices, so almost everything in any video applies to your setup regardless of which model you bought.
Yes — typically 2–4 new videos every month, based on what our support team gets asked most. If there's something you'd like to see covered that isn't in the library, just email us and we'll add it to the production queue. We often turn around new tutorial videos within a week of request.
Yes — every video has English captions baked in, with French captions available on the most-watched ones. Mandarin and Punjabi captions are in progress for our most popular series. Toggle them on with the CC button in the video player.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Each video has a unique URL you can copy and send via text, email, or paste into your team chat. Many of our customers send new hires a short playlist on day one — saves the manager from re-explaining the basics, gets new staff productive faster.
